I need help to master Squire & Summoner they both say that they arn't mastered and I have bought all the skills that are accessible.
Why is it not saying that they aren't mastered?

That's because these two jobs requires for you to learn a spell in battle blue-mage style, and not through the Job Points system.

To master Squire, you need Ramza to get hit by Ultima and survive it while being a Squire (this is Ramza only...or is it?).

To master Summoner, you need to be a Summoner, get hit by Zodiac and survive it (this is for every unit, not just Ramza).

You can check our own FFT section for the where and when you can learn these spells, or search through the forums for your answer: this is not the first time this one appeared...

Make sure you get Ultima from Elmdor's two assassins, since the Ultima beasts rarely cast Ultima, and they rarely cast it on Ramza anyways. I had to play for 6 hours just to get Ultima from the Ultima beasts, using Save States and Confuse during the battle with Zombie Zalbag! It wasn't pleasant.

Zodiac is a really tough one do get, I would use HP/MP Switch for counter on my Summoner, and when the boss casts Zodiac on your summoner, there is a 25 percent chance to get it, I was lucky so I got it on the first time. But remember, HP/MP Switch really helps as an ability to get Zodiac.

You have to get hit by Ultima? I have all of Ramza's abilities learned for Squire, it even says i mastered it, and he never got hit by ultima. The only time he did get hit was during the last battle, but that was Super Ultima (or something Ultima; Iforget what it was...). As for the summoner job, i never knew that Zodiac was the last summon, until i was close to beating the game (of course). I never got the spell learned. Its on the last level, END, right?

Yup, END is the...well, end of the line as far as Deep Dungeon's concerned. And I'm not sure how you mastered Squire when you can't learn All-Ultima...

You can master Ramza's Squire job prior to getting Ultima, but it's only temporary, until you have access to Scream. When Scream becomes available, Ramza's job can only be mastered when Ultima is learned.

And no Trox, Cloud cannot learn Ultima.

Possible spoilers: highlight to view
But Alma can learn it in the last battle, although it's pretty much useless.

When does Ramza learn scream? Isn't it after the first chapter ends? Or is it near the third chapter? Scream is useful for raising Ramza's Brave points, but it takes a while because it is increased by 1 after the battle.

Scream is learnable at the beginning of chapter 4, and raises Brave by 10 in battle. Cheer Up is available at the beginning of chapter 2, and raises Brave by 5 in battle. Characters keep ¼ of Brave/Faith changes permanently after battle.
