Oh no! Somebody ate the last banana, so now the monkeys are angry! ...'Cause fruit prevents scurvy or something...
Actually, I dunno what I was thinking here, but somewhere along the line they became pirates. Meh. ![]() -------------------- Words of Wisdom: If something can go wrong, it will. Lower left one looks way awkward, the others are good, though.

He's supposed to be awkward; he's missing two limbs! Seriously though, with his right arm I hit an edge on the surface I was using, which would explain its disproportion and my attempt to mask it. Plus I'm too lazy to redraw...

You'd be surprised just how many wacky monkey pics I have lyin' around, most of which I wouldn't dare post here due to severely violent monkey hijinks. Eh, it's a guilty pleasure...or a muse. *Sigh* I thought for a second this may have been Invader Zim influenced, but then I remembered that it's Pirate Monkies, not Monkey Pirates if you're referring to that episode...
Anydangway. Regardless, this is pretty awsome. I love the barrel monkey ![]() -------------------- TURKEY! - (The only way not to get blocked for using Fowl Language) |

That's right! My monkeys take pride in their beer guts. And hey, the ones here have a good reason! What do pirates do other than fight, bury treasure and say "Arrr"? Exactly - they sit around and drink booze.
Now that I think of if, I'm surprised only one of them looks like a raging alcoholic. Unless ya count Hook 'n' Pegleg Monkey. That five o' clock shadow of his could be a dead giveaway. LOL.
And now, not to sound like a noob: they're beautifully drawn, AND they're mightily humorous. Try to feel more complimented by this post than insulted, but I usually don't like anyone's art but I actually like this. I'd like to see those guys on a t-shirt.
