Yet another game I haven't played, but now I think I might venture over to a local used place and check it out. Looks pretty cool. I actually already did more polished drawings of these characters that I'm going to color over the weekend. These were just 'on a whim' doodles I did while my computer was thinking about whatever it needs to think about.

Fine piece of work, dat. Never played Parrapa myself, except for this onion karate demo.
I like the hair. Seems a little different from your normal work. The shirt is cute too. The guitar is supposed to be bent, I'm assuming. If not it still fits the pic rather well. -------------------- -- You're Gonna Carry That Weight -- |

Well, I haven't had time to get around and color up that last of the trio. However, while at work, I found myself with a lot of free time during a couple of work days where I basically had to just press a button every hour or so on the computer. In the meantime, I started sketching. Mostly doodles, but I happened upon a lil action pose, put a fairly generic looking 'everquest ranger chick' to it and just...liked it. So I kept drawing her.

Those sketches are teh bitchness. I like the cartoony style of drawing you have. For some reason, whenever I look at your sketches, I automatically think Disney for some reason. But I like it! Keep it up!

I'm starting to attempt drawing two people interacting in some manner and while doodling I got up the idea of two people with an arm around the other's shoulder. The rest was inspired by a Titus episode I watched last week when my roomate got the DVD. That show rocked!
Anway, I liked the energy of the doodle, but it was on lined paper so I redrew it, like that, but decided to ink it. I liked all three versions, so I stuck 'em together. Now you can get a glimpse of how I make half assed magic.  -------------------- |

Flattery will get you everywhere money can't.
 Only advice I got is grab an animation book or something. Mostly I found out that it's about making a curve and then sticking a body to it. Course, if I tried the detail you do with your stuph, I'd go insane.Anyway, I finally gave up trying to color the original mo-san character and just cg'ed up the doodled one. It's got more of an attitude anyway...and I like that. So now here's the whole band in one image.  -------------------- |

One day, man, ONE DAY, I'm going to hire your butt to do some stuff for me. You're the only one here who I really enjoy as far as artwork (this is not to say the others are bad, because we all  Hikaroo). Scribbly was added to basically to fill in the empty spot. I'm all about compostition.
Well, I tried to get out, but they pulled me back in. Another forums' doing a tv hotties thread and in a travesty against God, no one had yet to mention Allyson Hannigan as Willow from Buffy. The only person that made that show watchable...and I still couldn't bring myself to view it. Just explaining in case nothing about her is recognizable. I'm going off of vague memory and not attemtping real life characteristics.  These are for another forum where everyone's banding together to create, model, texture, and rig a cg character for everyone to share. It's just started, so now everyone's submitting character designs. This is what I'm showing, and I think I'm gonna try and make another based off'n an earlier doodle. Hmm, I want to say that the smaller of the two top figures has too big a forehead, like she has a receding hair-line or something? Don't know, really, but, seeing as the other figures look fine (great, in fact), I'm going to assume ye know what you're doing.

Close, but not quite Hannigan. It's a great sketch, but I wouldn't look at that and think Alyson Hannigan, you know?
