I'll choose category 20-25 years old, but only because I'll be 21 in Sept 26 ( yay!). I personally think that everyone that is 20 are no longer from this generation. ( like me), this new age belongs to the young lads that are around here, but CoN belongs to everyone.( sadly.. happy.gif ),so Moderators got trouble because tolerance got its limits, and some people doesn't understand with words.

I nulled vote, because I'm of the (somewhat prejudiced) opinion that age is not a guaranteed indicator of maturity. Although it is more likely that a 24-year-old will act more responsibly than, say, a 14-year-old, the sheer variety of personalities and development timeframes present in the human race prevents any strict guideline from definite establishment. I've met intelligent teenagers with level-headed outlooks and cantankerous old men as childish as toddlers, so I don't think it's wise to judge solely on an age level. I guess what I'm trying to say is that if I were given a choice to restrict CoN to a specific age group or groups, I wouldn't.

I'm all for banning stupid people on a case-to-case basis, though. wink.gif

I chose 10-20, because I am 16, but I think a decent age average for this site is 20-25, because I think most of the site members are around that age.

Firstly, since i am almost 21, i decided to opt for the 20-25 category thinking he wanted to poll everyones ages in order to output an average age.

If indeed he wanted us all to guess what the average age is then all he would get is an average of what people thought the average age is. (mmm lots of averages). Anyway, that just seems pointless so i think this thread may have been ruined due to ambiguous posting by Suik_O_Den_Genso.

I myself am 15, but I try to use correct grammer (C'est un miracle de deiu!)

Before reading this thread, I felt the average age was 10-20, on accont of the fact that this was originally a ff6 site, and that was the age group that lived through that.

Most Dutch people have that although amongst some of the Dutch people are great gamers that can be put up against American and English players. biggrin.gif

20-25, because I'm in there. There seem to be many "middle teenagers" on these forums who are quite intellectual and mature. But, sadly, most are evil little mouth-breathers. To block out the ELMs (Evil Little Mouth-breathers) would also block out the ones who actually make valid contributions to the forums/CON in general.

Me: Where does it say that?
John: Here where it was 240 minutes.
Me: Is that four hours?
John: Yeah, 60 X 4.
Me: Is that four hours, though?
John: ....They'll never take you back in school.

I'm 18, but I've been told many times that I act much more mature than most 18 year olds. There was a time I kept my age secret for a long time on one forum, and, after awhile, I posted in a thread like this one. It generated a page and a half of "HOLY CRAP YOUR ONLY 18 WTF I THOUGHT YOU WERE LIKE 28 OR SOMETHING" spam. tongue.gif

I will say I'm surprised that there is only one in the 25+ category.  I could've sworn there were at least three.

Aside from me and R51, I don't know of any other regular who's over 25.

Hey, I'm 27, and I used to be a regular... well, I used to frequent CoN; I was never regular. cool.gif

By the way, I think that the average age should be old enough to have played at least a few of the FF games covered on this site. Of course, that age can vary wildly, so I don't give darn.

P.S. I said "darn." huh.gif
