This is another pic I digitally colored on Corel Photo Paint. Airbrushed in the colors, and smudged them with a water color tool to give it a... well, water colory look! But this time, I drew it!

For those of you who are familiar with Takeshi's Castle/MXC, this is Higashi/Kenny playing a game called Skipping Stones/Sinkers and Floaters.

What I Don't Like
I don't really like how some of the lines got kind of... I dunno, airbrushed away. I think I mighta made his ear too big (pinch.gif), I still suck at drawing feet, and I had to re-draw in his nose and part of his sandals, so obviously, they might stand out more since their darker lines than the rest of the drawing!!! His outfit looks kinda weird down by where he is lifting his leg, but I'm not good at drawing clothing shifts.

But, with my negative criticism aside, it does look pretty! Bright!! happy.gif;;;

John: So you don't want your screen saver to come on for another four hours?
Me: Where does it say that?
John: Here where it was 240 minutes.
Me: Is that four hours?
John: Yeah, 60 X 4.
Me: Is that four hours, though?
John: ....They'll never take you back in school.

Not familiar with the anime or whatever you did this from.

Lets see...

I like the tones in his hair.
The light colored clothing is good.
The water is done fairly well.

As for the ear, it seems fine.

Since you are using Corel Photo Paint, you might want to use layers in your pics. They will help, so you won't have to be so careful about painting over something else. Like you could do the color painting on a layer below the line art so you don't have to worry about painting over any lines. You might not know about them.

They are called Objects in Corel. To create more than 1 Layer/Object go to the Object menu, then Create, then New Object.

Use the Object menu, then Arrange, then Order to change which Objecst are in front of which.

This might or might not help, but I hope it wasn't irrelevant.

Not an anime, Takeshi's Castle is the Japanese footage for the show Most Extreme Elimination Challenge, a hilarious show that I honestly need to see more often.

Anyway, um, I don't really understand how you can make artwork for this. But you managed to, and it doesn't hurt my eyes so you got at least one thing going for you. I think a bail would've captured the essence of the show better, though.

How do you know what will and won't help? It's not your artwork. Why don't you just STOP POSTING if you don't have anything relevant to say? -R51

Yeah, MXC is da bomb!

Great job on the art, can't really find any flaws with it, except that the guy should be fallin over. And in pain. Much pain.
