I like chocobo racing because it is SOOO rewarding. i also found snowboarding to be quite a laugh, but i always like this stuff when its a mission. like

leaving midgar on the bike pretecting the gang, or snowboarding down the mountain from the icicle inn to get 'lost in the snow'

the snowboarding was awesome, kept playing it over and over again. The subs good too, but im too good at it, so its done fast

I have fun with Chocobo Racing, even though you don't really have full control over the race. I'm not good at the other minigames, but the snowboarding one seems like it would be fun if I did anything but run into trees.
