Though both Costa Del Sol and Kalm are nice, CDS is too expensive, apparently, and Kalm is just a bit ugly. Nibelheim would be an idylic little town, too, were it not for the troubled past and hulking great reactor nearby. My vote, then, goes to Cosmo Canyon, because it's a mysterious and quiet little place with interesting architecture, where lots goes down.

Definately Midgar for me, not for looks though obviously. I just like the hugeness of it and all the little communities, very futuristic too in some ways.

number 2, wutai - i love the whole calm, in touch with nature type thing they got going - plus, i dont remember seeing any mako reactors ![]() midgar would be #3 cuz i'd like to live up on the (to quote barret) #*!@ pizza -------------------- -In the beginning the Universe was created. My favourite would have to be the Forgotten City. I think the corals for trees and Giant Sea shell homes are absolutely fascinating and cool beyond reason.

My favorite FFVII place would have to be... Kalm! It seems to be a very peaceful place and quite tranquil compared to lots of other places. The nighttime scenery gets me (which is why I Deling City is my favorite FFVIII place) and it seems to be a nice "getaway" if you want a peaceful break from all the chaos that goes on. I know it's not a place a typical guy of my age would like to live (no one I know, anyway), but if I could live in one FFVII town, Kalm would be it!
Gold Saucer goes 2nd place 'cause it'll never get boring as long as you have enough gil in your pocket! For me, It has to be Junon. It has the futuristic feel of Midgar, but in a much more positive way. And the cannon is amazing!
Possible spoilers: highlight to view Until it gets moved to Midgar ![]() I also think something cool happens everytime you are there in the storyline Possible spoilers: highlight to view Cloud in a fetching blue uniform! Junon being attcked by Weapon! Tifa having a good old slapping match before running along the cannon to be saved by the highwind! I think it would be a decent place to live, as far as the FFVII world goes... |

I'm partial to Junon and Cosmo Canyon. Each has an interesting history and characters you won't forget. The huge cannon lurking overhead is a big reminder of Shin-ra's military strength, and the people below are living in poverty. At Cosmo, there's a forgotten culture right beneath the mountain, and all of Bugen's hi-tech equipment? Impressive, even for that middle-of-nowhere place.
I can't choose. -------------------- It's gonna be a glorious day I feel my luck can change |

Either Rocket town or Cosmo Canyon, great places where you can learn a great deal. Midgar was cool, wouldn't want to live there though!
