I only ever accepted one proposition, but I think this is due mainly to the fact that the units I sent out for it never came back... Now I'm not sure if I misunderstood how the propositions work, but I'm almost positive that something went terribly, horribly wrong. As soon as you get Agrias' two Lady-Knights, I sent them off on a proposition in the first town I came to. It was supposed to take 15 days but I upped it to 16 for no particular reason, and now I'm approaching Murond Holy Place (or some such) and they're still "Leaving Temp." Hot dang if this isn't frustrating. I mean, I wouldn't even mind if I couldnt use them, I'd just love to boot their behinds out of my party to make some space for some non-level 8 units.

So if anybody has an idea on what could have occured to make them lost in an endless void, or if someone knows where I myself have erred, the help would be much apprectiated.

Well propositions are four gaining jop points and thats pretty much it. The reason they have not came back is you have to go back to the town they were in and get them. just go to the bar go to propositions and say "Report job" and they should come back. if you have tride this already then something is wrong.

Yes, something is wrong. Usually, the advice that No-Name is trying so hard to give would work - in a normal situation, you wait the number of days, go back to the bar as soon as possible after the number of days, and "Report Job." It sounds, though, as if you crossed at least one, and most likely two, chapters with those characters out on proposition. That said, there is a glitch that causes the exact error you're seeing if you do that. Those characters are gone, and there's no way to remove them from your party or get them back.

Dang... Double dang. But thanks guys. Yeah, I think I must have just figured they'd wander back on their on, and next thing I know I've gone a chapter ahead and I cant find them anywhere. I even looked at each bar at each city to try to get them back. Looks like I goofed up a little bit, and sucks that there's a glitch like that. Oh well. Time to beat it again. And thanks again.

Have you tried going back to the city you that issued the proposition and checked to see if they'd returned there? Might as well try that before you restart.
