Unfortunately, you can't. If you didn't pick it up during the first CD, you can't get it afterwards.
I suggest visiting this section of our FF7 guides: it will provide you with informations on other things you might have missed on you way through the game. |

While titally unconfirmed, there is such a rumor that says you can dig up missed items at Bone Town. I say give it a shot for a little while, you might be surprised.
