I'v heard you get it in the first game and you need 100% when you go to Jono for the first time.

There is no "Final Cut" Materia in the game. I can only assume you mean either "Added Cut," "Double Cut," or "Final Attack."
In regard to Added Cut, it's in the Great Glacier. Double Cut is on the Sunken Gelnika. And Final Attack (probably what you were wondering about, which allows a character to perform an action after having been defeated in battle) is won in the Gold Saucer's Battle Arena by getting Omnislash and W-Summon, and then winning the special battle in the Arena. Junon has nothing to do with the matter, and Final Fantasy VII doesn't have a percentage accumulator anyway. X-2 was the only Final Fantasy to have one of those. I hope this helps. In addition to getting Omnislash and W-Summon, you also need to have Cloud's Ultimate Weapon to enter the special battle, which means that you have to beat the Ultimate Weapon enemy. |
