How do you make the Level up bonuses work? Because if i equip Bahamut to Sabin, it says, Hp + 50%,

a ) 50% of what?
b ) if its 50% of your current hp, it's not working.

Help?

50% of what you would have gained at that level up to begin with.

So if you hit lvl 40 and were supposed to gain 100 hp at level up, you would gain 150 hp instead.

My numbers aren't accurate, I don't know what the level up numbers actually are off hand, but that is how it works.

Darn, you beat me to it. Anyway, The Ancient speaks truth, though of course the example he gave was hypothetical. For the record, you gain a set amount of HP and MP on a level up, which is universal, so for example, if at level 10 the set number is 50, everybody will gain 50 hp when they hit level 10. An in-depth faq at, say, gamefaqs has the exact numbers.

Oh..I got the same doubt long time ago, the truth is that a esper, like Bahamut who gives Hp+50%, don't give 50% bonus of your current HP , instead it gives you an extra amount of HP ( 50% ) of what you should acquire when you level up. The amount of HP and MP varies according to the level you have in that moment, around LV 60 it gives you around 100-120 HP at level up ( with Bahamut "junctioned" laugh.gif , that will be 150-180 HP more...instead of 100-120)...keep in mind that at the final levels, you gain around 80 HP only at level up and 8 MP only at level up ( if you level up naturally...), also there is no way to raise your stats (i.e. Vigor, Stamina, Magic, Speed ) of natural way, so every time you're about to level up, "junction" a GF, huh.gif ,sorry a Esper that gives you Stats Bonuses, like Bismark ( vigor+2), and the like.Otherwise you won't increase your status, except if you equip armors and relics, even swords. Bad news, isn't it? but probably you knew that.
