need something to un edit something on a pic that was edited in paint. Any ideas?

That's a very undescriptive request.
As a rule of thumb, you can't magically remove something from a bitmap image or whatnot because it's merely a collection of pixels. If, for instance, someone added a set of horns on someone's picture, the pixels where the horns were drawn are forever and irreversably gone. If it's something minor, use paintbrush to repair the image. Borrow surrounding colors around the area where the edit took place using the eyedrop tool and just cover it up. If you do a good job you won't even notice the patch up work when zoomed out all the way. If it's major you're out of luck unless you can find a clean version of the image on the web somewhere.
