Can all of Strago's abilities be learned in the WoR or do you need to learn some of them in the WoB. I am about to go into the Floating Continent now and I don't want to miss anything...if there is anything to be missed.

All of Strago's Lores can be learned in the WOR, correct.
The only thing 'to be missed' in the WOB is Mog's Water Rondo. If you want it, get it now. |
