I dunno if it's cause I'm missing Ultima or what, but my squire (on Ramza) is strange now o.o

I apparently have every tech. learned, yet the class has yet to be mastered.

(Which is strange cause up until I needed Scream it was mastered o.o)

Any idea what's up with this?

Yep, your lack of Ultima is probably the cause.

Does Ramza (As squire) learn anything, besides Ultima, after Scream? If not, then I'll go after Ultima and see if that works.

No, if you have all other elements of Squire learned when you learn Ultima, you get the star. Ultima is the last element.
