My favorite is the Storm Dragon. He has the highest HP out of all the dragons (surprisingly, seeing as how he's the first of eight) and his attacks are brutal!! I always try to beat him when going after Cyan; it's a much more challenging battle than waiting to do it later. And with 42000 HP and attacks that do practically 1000 HP damage to the party, this little guy brings me to my knees every time.

Because Gau can take them all but Storm Drgn on his own at whatever level you want him to do, I'd say Storm Drgn is the only one that isn't ridiculously pathetic (damn you, Rage, damn you!).
That would make him my least favorite, I guess. The one I like best would be Blue Drgn. He looks wicked and he can kill Interceptor! -------------------- |

He uses Rippler under the following circumstances:
If he has Haste nor Safe, and one of your character has Haste, and he didn't just use Rippler before, he will try to steal your Haste status with Rippler. Due to a bug, Rippler trades much more then it was supposed to trade. This means it can steal statuses such as Rage, Dance and Morph, but also Dog Block. This will permanentaly steal Interceptor from Shadow in-battle, unless you manage to lure Blue Drgn into using another Rippler, trading it back. Note that Dog Block won't actually do anything for a monster, but the status is there and can be stolen again (and thus applied to whatever character you desire, most conveniently Strago/Gogo). -------------------- |

d'oh! forgot blue drgn could use rippler! I never saw it happen though, me being a fan of vanish/doom and all. thanks for the info.

Red because I'm also a big DnD fan and I whole idea of Red Dragons being this massively powerful creature has always been in my mind. Plus, I love the way that sprite of that dragon looks. Usually when I fight him I like to do a little one-on-one between him and my powerhouse Edgar w/Atma Weapon Offering. Good times.

Storm Drgn. Not only is he the only one that doesn't suck in a fight, he's also the most exciting to fight because I usually fight him rather unprepared, not long after getting the Falcon.

Another vote for Storm.
Red, Ice, and Blue are all too strongly associated with individual elements. Set up your characters to block or absorb those elements, hammer them with the opposing element, and you're done. White and Dirt are easily defeated with common relics (Wall Ring and Cherub Down). Skull and Gold are completely forgettable, probably because your party is already uber enough by that point that you can take them down in just a few rounds without breaking a sweat. I had to check Terii Senshi's site just to even remember what sorts of attacks these two do. |

Yeah, I'll have to vote for storm dragon too. That bugger can finish you off real fast if you aren't expecting him, and you've got to have a good routine of switching your characters between the roles of attacker/healer. Sure you could vanish doom him, but honestly its one of the more interesting and challenging battles (compared to how strong your characters are at that point in time) in the game.

yes I`m gonna say the storm dragon, because the first times he kill me many many times, indeed he us a tough one, other dragon would be the dirt dragon (his first vote!!!), only if you go without float and gaia gear and in front row ,and with a low level, of course you should be a little masoquist like me if you enjoy it..ñ_ñ,

Put in another vote for the Storm. ^^
Well, battle-wise Storm Dragon is my fave but character (can you call it 'character'?) wise I'd say Red Dragon because I love to see red dragon as it goes through the game series... I miss dragons. ; ; They've been vanishing since FFVIII (Which had the best dragons by far). -------------------- The Arcana are the means by which ALL is revealed. |

I'm giving my vote to Red Dragon because 'e wasn't such a little bastard for the point of time your in the game when you meet him but 'e still provides a challange. The Fire Shields however, do help tremendously. The other dragons were all too easy with the excetption of the extreamly hard Storm Dragon. I hate Storm Dragon . . .

Crap! I voted for White Dragon, who I do think is cool (I love the whole Fanatics tower!), but I had forgotten how much I like Ice Dragon! I just like WOR Narshe, even though it's a bummer it's deserted, there's just something cool and peaceful about the whole place.

I liked the Ice Dragon, and hate him at the same time.

i'd say the white dragon, cos he's the coolest looking one out of all of them, and (unlike most other dragons) is not a palette swap... or is it?
curses, not sure about that one, but he looks cool anyway  -------------------- Yes... this world is filled with both Light and Darkness, though how long this delicate Balance will last I don not know. |

It's the blue dragon for me cause if you chaince the colors you get Czardragon, a self centert-human hating dragon (or so i heard)
