I am trying to complete my list of chest/hidden items which change from scenario to scenario and world to world. If you can confirm or deny any of these, please post.

Most of them look correct, although the Rune Edge one I think in the WoR becomes a Ribbon if it's the same one I'm thinking of (the one in the moogle cave). The eyedrops become an elixir, you're right on that one.
