I am trying to complete my list of chest/hidden items which change from scenario to scenario and world to world. If you can confirm or deny any of these, please post.

Warp Stone (barrel on ledge near entrance) =Phoenix Down
Antidote (box in front of large doorless house next to Cafe/Inn) =Elixir
Elixir(Clock in storage room of the rich guy's house)
X-Potion - Underground passage
Phoenix Down (Barrel outside of rich man's house)
Green Cherry(box behind Chocobo Stable)
Soft(box in front of doorless house near entrance)
Eyedrop (boxes in front of large doorless house next to Cafe/Inn) =Elixir?
Tonic(barrel outside Chocobo Stable)
Tonic(barrel in the basement of the old cider guy's house)
Tonic(barrel in between the Weapon and Armor shops)

Tincture = ThunderRod =Hero Ring

Most of them look correct, although the Rune Edge one I think in the WoR becomes a Ribbon if it's the same one I'm thinking of (the one in the moogle cave). The eyedrops become an elixir, you're right on that one.

If you're looking to complete the list, the Break Blade in the magitek factory stays the same in the WoR in Kefka's tower.
