Mind altering substances (legal and not) can be good for relieving stress, however, using this method alot is a good way to become dependent, and nobody likes a junkie.

No one has mentioned drugs yet?

let me, then. my biggest stress-reliever is listening to music. my second, writing music. my third, marijuana. and you all know me. as much as i do, if i wasn't responsible, i wouldn't still be here. so no criticism invited. it's off-topic.

The best stress relief for me is a game called Para Para. Basically it's like DDR, but you use your hands and there are five arrows instead of four. When I get really frustrated or stressed, I put it on freestyle and go crazy.
Unfortunately doing it for about 5 hours in a row makes your arms really sore.
Oops?
^-^

<Tiddles> And I love how people suggest "Why not call it my great name?????" when their name is clearly the worst thing ever.

I just close my eyes and imagine absolutely annihilating the problem by burning it or smashing it with a hammer!!!

Ditto.

When life gives you lemons... SQUIRT THEM IN PEOPLES EYES! Mwahahahahaha! *Squirt* Ow! Hey, that was my job! *Squirt* Knock it off! *Squirt* I want my mommy! Waaah! *runs off*

The moral of this story is *Squirt* Ow! *Squirt* Okay, okay, no morals.
