I didn't like Sabin very much.
I understand that his attacks are very powerful, but I'm not very good with his combos tho. |

I null-voted, because I like them all, even that old grumpy Strago.

I hate Terra.
*ducks tomatoes* No, really, I hate her. Hate hate hate hate hate. She spends the entire game being lost and confused. It annoys me. A lot. -------------------- Veni, vidi, dormivi. |

I never did find Umaro particularly useful, so I voted for him (other).

Well, if we're talking about personality here: I'd say Gogo and Terra. Gogo for obvious reasons (or, a more detailed explanation: ..........), and Terra because of the same reasons as Karasuman (not that much hate though!) stated. And although Locke is my favourite character in the game, I never liked his "protectiveness" against the females in the game. "Just 'coz you failed Rachel doesn't mean you have to look after the other girls for God's sake!"
When it comes to abilities: Well, Relm's "Sketch" isn't especially interesting, but her "Control" command rocks! "Leap/Rage" I never used although I know they can come in handy. And Celes' "Runic" is definitely the worst! It totally sucks!!! I hate that ability. That's why I never use Celes in my party, although I know many other people here do. -------------------- People say I'm a slow learner, but I type fast! |

Gau's rage really sucks although in the beggining like in Sabin's quest its kinda helpful. Celes runic sucks. Worst ability ever. Altough the worst is most probably is Gogo. Cause he'll mostly mimic the wrong person.

I hate Relm. She's just no fun when I play with her, and her attitude in the storyline is annoying. Gau can take her place any day, because he can be a very rewarding choice if you get some of the better rages.
Then again I am kinda biased. I've always liked Gau and always hated Relm from the get go. |

Locke, of course. Never liked the fellow, though I will admit he has his good points. The whole "thief with a heart of gold" is a bit overplayed, in my opinion, and he didn't seem quite as interesting as the others, either.

[FONT=Arial]Least Favorite? Hmm.. I guess Gau, 'cause I think his "kiddy" doesn't meet my cool factor, then again I agree Terra's character is so dull, because she always has questions and answers that are too shallow, yet overplayed.

I dislike Umaro, but I'm not quite sure why. I could pin it the inability to control him, but that would make me look like quite a hypocrite, since I love Gau. I think it's because his battling requires no thought at all, where with Gau you can still cast magic and select an appropriate rage. Also, he just seemed like a random extra character to throw at you in a game that already had a great amount of good characters. I also didn't like Gogo all that much, but that's because his/her stats were so dumbed down. The two WoR-only characters just didn't do a lot for me, and that is why they're usually the two I leave off my roster for Kefka's Tower.

I really hated that one little kid who won't let you threw the merchants pass. I mean even if you have soldier eq on he still won't let you by even though I could like hang him for disobedience.

I liked pretty much all of the characters in VI, but when it came to leaving someone behind on the ship while the rest of the party invaded Kefka's Tower, I chose Gau. (I'd forgotten to save Shadow on the Floating Continent in that particular run through the game, so he wasn't available.
I have a similar gripe with FFVII's Limit Breaks--once you get one, you have to use it. I don't like that. That's why I like to keep a Deathblow materia or two on hand--that way, when someone gets their Limit Break, they can still fight without it. |

Strago. I enjoyed getting all his Lore's but this guy is just the worst character as far as using him in battle goes. The Lores really aren't that good except for GrandTrain, most are far more difficult to utilize in battle compared to other characters' abilities. And he is WEAK. I bet Relm could take his ass out one-on-one and that's sayin' something!

I don't hate any characters. Love and Peace! I did find that Relm and Strago weren't quite as great as the other characters, but I still liked everyone in the game, including Terra, including Gau, and including the WoR characters. I think one of the games largest stong-points is its variety of well made characters.

I didn't like using Gau, Mog and Umaro because I'm a control freak and don't like characters doing there own thing. And Cyan's sword tech took way to long to charge up.
Strago was too boring and I didn't really like Shadow that much *ducks flying objects* The others were all pretty cool though. -------------------- ''Peace is but a shadow of death, desperate to forget it's painful past, though we hope for promising years, after shedding a thousand tears yesterday's sorrow constantly nears, and while the moon shines blue, by dawn it will turn a scarelt hue.'' - Kuja ''Then I'll be going now. I guess i have opposite oppinions among you guys
This is hard question, after playing FF6 for so long time, most characters have their good use, but there is one that always mess with my favorite strategy (sleep + spells) Umaro, why does he have to go berserk everywhere? -------------------- I will be there... |
