Yes. Through judicious use of Bahamut, Crusader, Fenrir, Phantom, Shoat, Siren, Terrato, Green Beret, Bard's Hat, Red Cap, Minerva, Crystal Orb and/or Muscle Belt.

All of 'em works; i beat Kefka's Tower in its entirety in 15-20 mins., including getting all of the treasures in there!

I usually do level all my character up to level 99, but it makes the game to easy. You are unbeatable (almost) and have no real challenge! I kinda wish the battle system was a little like Final Fantasy Tactics because I like the battle system of FF6 (don't change), but in FFT the monster level up to about the same or over your level making the game a challenge all the way through (don't include bosses). If that was in FF6, the game would be a challenge all the way through and never be too easy!

I don't have patience to powerlevel when I can already complete the game without doing such. I'm not that bored.
