Tzen, behind the Relic shop I believe. Just look for a Zozo-esque character behind some trees.

WoB = 3000 GP
WoR = 10 GP So assuming Ancient was saying it's cheaper on the consciounce (don't want to buy stuff from a desperate man), then he was correct. Edit I knew that! You must've accidentally seen two zeroes where there was only one! Might want to NOT get drunk so much anymore. Despite it being cheaper in the WoR, i think i speak for all fffans when i say it is a great help early on! So i suggest you buckle down, earn some gp, and buy that darned Sraphim!!!

Actually, the spells learned from Sraphim you can learn from the other espers after the Magitek Research Facility scene, so it's only useful in that way if you buy it before then.
