My image host is currently down...blah!

This isn't that great, I admit, but I thought there was just something...charming about it, whatever that may be. Matoya's just having a grand time stirring that cauldron...maybe TOO grand a time. The dark glasses are to symbolize the "pre-crystal ball" period, but unfortunately I think they make her look a bit like Ozzy Osbourne. Ah, well...

I would've added a dark, cavelike background, but for some reason the colors become distorted if I try. *shrug*

P.S. This is talking broom fanart in disguise! I'm just such a big fan of those guys.

I love this drawing, SF. I can't put a finger on it, but something about it screams excellence. The brooms were always a favorite of mine in the game, too; kudos for that one. It would have been nice to see a spooky cave backdrop, but it didn't ruin the work, IMO.

What's an unemployed broom from Fantasia to do? Work for Matoya I guess...

Great job! Wonderful sense of humour too! Was the drawing style supposed to be simular to The Simpsons, because it slightly reminded me of that show.

Well having a bat that looks to be flying right into her mouth doesn't help matters.

Doesn't remind me of the Simpsons at all though. Takes more than simply having yellow skin as far as I'm concerned. And that broom is a hoot.

It was just the yellow skin that reminded me of it. I believe it was a cameo or something.

To clairify, I mean a cameo on the Simpsons, not the image being a cameo of sorts.

Nah, any Simpsons resemblance is unintentional.

The stereotypical medieval witch is usually shown with discolored skin (green most of the time). Although Matoya doesn't appear that way in the game, it's the look I was kinda going for, and green just didn't suit her.
