Given that (1) the topic title that produced the original form of the picture below included "goon", and (2) I had been playing Yoshi's Island world 5 and DKC3 yesterday, inspiration struck me and the following resulted...

I've had some more inspiration over the couple years since this was created, so I'll update with some new pictures.
Pikachuuuuuu:  Pikachu is kind of the cornerstone of global culture nowadays, so I thought I would make a special tribute to him and his angular lightning explosions. This one depicts Pikachu's adventures in the Porygon episode, which is my favorite one to watch when I'm in the hospital. Banana Sunset:  This one has kind of a meditative quality for me--the cool banana, quietly riding off on his cyan skateboard to the deep red sunset. I think Banana, for me, exemplifies my archetypal hero. Shatter  I've always wondered what it would be like to stare into a mirror as it shatters into 108 pieces, or maybe what it would be like to be a rock when it's hit by a hammer into 108 pieces like in Harvest Moon. One-hundred-and-eight is an important number to me, because it protects against pretty much all the important status anomalies, and it's probably the number of birthday celebrations I want to have before I stop celebrating birthdays. |

Random trippy thingy I made up for no apparent reason then used it as a cover for Desktop Publishing in college...
 It symbolises how we're all under attack by big blue and red lines and if we do not flee we will be squashed by shapes close to a rhombus, but if we stand back far enough it just becomes a big harmless purple mess with some red lines in it.
