Having 2 sneak rings doesn't increase your chance to steal by 4 does it? Nor does having 2 exp eggs give 4 time the exp?

I don't know about the Sneak Rings, but I've tried the double Exp. Egg thing and it didn't work.

Sneak Ring's special effect doesn't stack, just the +5 to Speed. Exp. Eggs don't stack either.

Is "Increases magic damage" the only one bonus that becomes more powerful if paired? Can't be any other bonus?

I think Earrings are the only items that can be "stacked" in such a way, that two of the same relic can contribute twice the bonus.

You mean twice the bonus as in each earring contribues = 2, and not each earring contributes AND you get twice the bonus = 2x2 = 4?

No, what I meant was: is there a way to hack some attributes to give them the "more powerful if paired" thing?

Well, yes. But it's hardcoded, so it's not gonna happen anytime soon with FF3ME or similair programs.
