Where can a person read the complete list of Magic Points earned in battles?
And are they awarded for single enemies, or the entire enemy groups? |

Donwload FF3usME on Lord J's web page and a ROM. Go into the enemy formations menu and read!

And to answer your question, Magic Points given are stored with the monster formations, not with the monsters themselves.
