I have Mog in the WoR and all I need for his Dance command is Water Rondo. Is it possible to get it? If not, how do you get it in the World of Balance?

Before you go to the floating contintent, take mog to the veldt and go through the cave in the moon shaped mountain range to the south. Go through the serpent trench, until you end up at Nikeah. Now go east (the path is now open to take because there's a bridge on the map below where the rockfall covered the path). Go back past doma castle, through the phantom forest, and down barren falls to get back to the veldt to get your airship again.
