When you make a post, at the bottom of the screen there is an thing taht says "You may attach a file to this post" Max. Size 256k. You would then have to browse for the file in ex. My documents Folder, or if you are scanning one I kind of am not sure, but that is all I know about adding attachments to your posts. I hope it can help you.
