I was just wondering, how come members can't make new topics in the news section. I mean if a member had news to share about a new game or something they should be allowed to make it, and BTW, I was looking around in the news section and I saw a regular member made a few topics, how come he can do it and some members can't, or maybe it is an error on my screen or something.
Also I was unsure of where to put this topic, but I thought it would fit best in this forum. Edit The non-moderator that made a few topics in the news section was Rocky, who happans to be the first member to join the site (not-counting the moderators) This post has been edited by GamblingCat on 29th June 2004 20:26 |

Only moderators and site administrators can post News topics. Rocky used to be a staff member years ago, until he got booted.

I was browsing he news section to see another non-mod make a couple of topics, he has 17 posts, his rank was returner and had what looked like a custom avatar, what about him (he could have been a mod but who knows.

Only staff post topics in News, Gambling cat. Ever ever. What was the name of this person who has a custom avatar? Or at least, what's the avatar? You can't expect an answer with such little information, you know >_>
