Hmm, what did you use to make this pic?
Ramza looks like his was done on the computer but the magic looks kinda thick to be done on the computer. I guess I could be wrong. Ramza looks very cute. I like his facial expression. Its simple but cute. The lines are too pixelated though. And I think the magic effect should be a little more see through. Overall though, I like it. A bit MSPaint-y, but good nonetheless. Nice use of the smudge, burn, blur, etc. tools.
