Once, on one of my playthroughs of VI, I woke up one morning and booted the game up on my PSONE. In the opening menu of the PSX version there's always a character from the game walking across the screen. Except this time it was a character who isn't in the game. It completely blew my mind. It was a sprite for Squall from FFVIII. I blew it off as something probably everyone has seen by now but I have yet to see anyone make mention of this.
So I thought I'd ask.
has anyone else gotten him?

Probably wasn't talked about much on here due to the fact that Anthology was released a good couple years before the current version of the forums (any posts from the old version didn't make it over, if I'm remembering correctly).

Squall does appear on that loading screen. I believe that Cloud or maybe Sephiroth appear too, though that might be in FF5?

Onion Knight also pops up. I think he was the only one I actually got while playing through Anthology, though I reset dozens of time trying to see the others.

Yeah sorry. when I first posted this I thought it was a big easter egg no one knew about then I looked around harder on the internet and found out it wasn't. Still, I thought it was something neat and maybe someone who didn't know would learn something new through reading this. We now have guarranteed proof that squall is on it and a lot of people (including me for i have seen him) say that onion knight is on here as well.
Yes cloud was on V but idk about the rest of the ones you listed.
