i am curious whether or not i should buy star wars jedi knight II: jedi outcast
i have plenty of friends that say i should
and some friends that say i shouldn't
and i have never played the game
i hope that the decisions you make will help me decide

and if you choose to post, please explain why to buy it, or why not to
(i.e. gameplay, aspects of the game)

The single player missions are terriblely designed. I don't play the multi-player.

The only reason to get the game is to play on a map called ladder with g-saberrealistic on maximum.

Makes it like real sabers...the slightest touch can decapitate, or de-limb even the strongest opponents..works against you as well. The only good part of the game, and worth the price of entry alone. Too bad they removed the cheat for Academy, huge mistake.

I don't think you should buy it. I think you should rent it, decide whether or not you like it enough to want to own it, and do whatever from there.
