Hello, I just joined this forum, and had an interesting idea for a post. The other night I was wondering what FFVI would be like if it had an all Simpsons cast. I was able to come up with a few matches:

Edgar = Mayor Quimby (with of course, a sash that says "King of Figaro")
Cyan = Groundskeeper Willie
Gau = Bart (both are little hellraisers)
Relm = Lisa (both are artistically talented girls)
Strago = Grampa or Hans Moleman
Mog = Itchy
Umaro = Scratchy (not that Mog would have to constantly butcher Umaro)
Sabin = McBain (I admit, I got the idea for a FFVI Simpsons cast from a drawing someone did in the fanart section that portrayed McBain as Sabin)
Gogo = Bumblebee Man (I don't know why, but I found this to be funny)
Cid = Prof. Frink
Geshtahl = Mr. Burns
Kefka = Krusty
Wedge and Biggs = Carl and Lenny
Lone Wolf = Snake

Some others that I considered were Principal Skinner and Mrs. Krabapple as Locke and Celes, although the ages do not match up very well. I also considered the Sea Captain as Ultros, Disco Stu for Setzer, and Chief Wiggum as Gen. Leo. Unfortunately I could not come up with any role for Homer. I also had a hard time coming up with matches for Terra. Anyone have any further suggestions?

That's hilarious. Terra is Marge obviously...the hair and the nagging/whining personality.

I also think Cid is closer to Doc Hibbert.
And General Leo should be W. Smithers...Leo definately has a crush on the emporer.
And they should change the Atma Weapon to the "Inanimate Carbon Rod"

First of all, bravo to the Inanimate Carbon Rod.

Actually I came up with a few more. Arvis should be Ned Flanders. And at the beginning of the game when Terra wakes up in his house, Rod and Todd should fight over who gets to annoit the sores on her feet. She should flee the house after they request her to join them in a game of "Good Samaritan." As Locke sets off to save her, the Flanders family should start singing "Onward Christian Soldiers."

As for Shadow, I could not think of a good Simpsons character to play him, but I would like to see him played by long time Simpsons and Family Guy guest star, Adam West. Make the entire ninja costume out of spandex as a tribute to the 60s Batman. Whenever he throws an item and hits the enemy, a giant cartoon bubble should flash on the screen that says BAM! or KA-POWIE! At the end of battles when the victory fanfare plays, he does the Bat-Dance. Santa's Little Helper could be Interceptor.

Setzer's airship (I forget the name) can be the Duff Blimp.

As for the eight dragons...the first seven could be the Seven Duffs (Tipsy, Queasy, Remourseful, Surly, etc.) and Duffman could be the eighth.

Kefka = Sideshow Bob Terwillager. Definitely.

Terra would be Marge. They both have weird hair.
Locke is no one from Simpsons.
Edgar would be Troy McLure. Possibly. Or maybe Troy is Prince Ralse.
Sabin is Drederick Tatem, the Duff Man, or Renyer Wolfcastle.
Shadow might be... I can't think of anyone for him.
Gau is Bart or Milhouse.
Cyan would be Moe for some odd reason I can't explain.
Celes is either Edna Krabapple or Maude Flanders.
Setzer would be Smithers.
Strago is Grampa Abe Simpson.
Relm would be Lisa, obviously. 'Cept for that Relm's mouth is a little dirtier.

The boy in the auction = Milhous (is that how you spell it?)
