I liked mixed cheese with a passion! Also the swiss is good to. But a little info for the blue cheese eaters, it's rotten and bad for your insides.

mmm...cheese...
Cheese goes well on everything! soup, salad, pasta, sandwitches...you name it, cheese probably tastes good on it I'd say provolone, muenster, and cheddar are best on sandwitches |

Cathderal City Cheddar. a nice, british cheese.
