I figured this would be an interesting poll ideea, so I had made it, my favorite happens to be 6 Flags, do to the fact that they have4some cool rides, I may have been there only twice, but it is still cool, I still can't decide what is the best ride there. Note: There are only a few do to the fact that I couldn't think of any.

Cool, which six flags have you bee to?
Mine was a tie between six flags and Islands of Adventure. Islands of Adven5ure had the Hulk, my favorit ro=ler coaster, right up their wit= goliat|, from Six Flags magic mountain, and Superman the escape. (Just4for the record, I voted for Six Flags.) -------------------- "We're not tools of the government or anyone else. Six Flags r+cks. Very little competition, except maybe a bit from Universal Studios.

Busch Gardens Williamsburg. It's like a theme park merged with a Beer Tour. JOY!

Other-Islands of Adventure rocks! It's right next door to Universal Studios, but kicks even that park out of the, well, park. Dueling Dragons, The Hulk, that Dudley Do-Right thing, the park's got it all and then some. It's the only park that I've ever been to where I got a regular size meal (actually I couldn't finish it) and didn't feel like I got gypped (sp?) (go Circus McGurkus!). While I've never been to a Six Flags, I don't see the reason to drive all the way north to Georgia when I can just go a bit south to Orlando.

My number one choice is a small amusement park that has 95% water rides. Its called Water Safari and its in Old Forge NY. I have had my birthday party there almost every year since I was 9. It just holds alot of good memories for me. If I was going to choose based on rides alone and not memories, I would pick Islands of Adventure because of The Hulk, which is the best rollar coster ever made.

What?! No Cedar Point? That's practically a crime! It is kinda famous... and stuff. Yeah, so I guess everyone knows what my favorite theme park is

I don't really like theme parks but the Six Flags in Dallas Texas is only 2 hours or so from where I live so it's not to bad of a drive...personally I think that they have good attractions but I can't handle the rides cus I always eat alot and I have a really weak stomach. So, yeah, Six Flags gets my vote.
Edit I never can resist the Texas Giant though...that ride is awesome...I rode it like 6 times in a row the last time I went there. Cedar Point is the best bye far. I only live about a half hour from it so I make a few trips every summer there. I have been to many of the places mentioned, Six Flags, Busch Gardens, Disney World, and Universal Studies and they are not even in the same league as Cedar Point. Of course, this is if you love roller coasters because you cannot beat there roller coasters. Even Cedar Points worst one is better then most places best one.

Lotte World!
Um, if that doesn't count, I guess I'll just say Six Flags. I'm not too picky when it comes to theme parks, but Six Flags happens to be the closest to me, so I go to that one the most. Runner up goes to Disney World in Florida, but not for the actual Disney World part - they have a huge four-story arcade where $30 will get you unlimited arcade game access and all the newest fighting games. ![]() -------------------- "I always have a quotation for everything - it saves original thinking." ~Dorothy L. Six Flags: Darien Lake is only about 45 minutes from my house, so I usually get there at least once a summer. I'm not really into roller coasters all that much though. I'd have to say the best time that I had an amusement park was at Universal Studios.
A bit off-topic: Is anyone else disturbed by the dancing man-fetus commercial that Six Flags has been running as of late? >_> -------------------- "It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it." - Aristotle |

My favorite that I've ever gone to is Busch Gardens in Tampa, Florida. It's been over five years since I've made it there, though.
There's a Six Flags in New Jersey that I might try to hit this summer, though, or at least the water park. I love water. And yes, manfetus is terrifying. -------------------- "To create something great, you need the means to make a lot of really bad crap." - Kevin Kelly Why aren't you shopping AmaCoN? |

My favourite is Disney's Magic Kingdom in Orlando, Florida. Even though we only lived about four hours away, I've only been there about four times. The rides aren't as thrilling as in some other parks, but I love the themes from Disney movies and stuff. It's just fun to walk around there.

Since I grew up in that area of New Jersey, I've been to that Six Flags quite a few times. It's pretty good. Since I now live in Georgia though, I bought season passes to the Six Flags here and this one may just edge it out... by a little bit. Both are excellent parks! My favorite of all time though is Disney World. Nothing can bring you back to being a kid like Disney characters and the amazing theme parks. The two Six Flags I have been to are: Six Flags- Marine World (which wasn't a Six Flags at the time I visited there) in Vallejo, CA and Six Flags- Great America in Santa Clara, CA. I've never been to Sea World in San Diego (is that even a Six Flags?). The last time I visited a theme park was when I was a senior in high school (with a record 3 parks visited!), so it's been awhile.
