Also called "Berserker" party

I have played through the game a few times now, so I thought I'd start setting new challenges for myself. I want to make an out-of-the ordinary party. So I thought up this one, it uses only characters that fight automatically.

Gau - Rage
Mog - Dance
Umaro - just doin' his thing

but I don't know who to use for my 4th character! Isn't there a relic that makes the wearer Berserk?

I may end up using Locke as the 4th member, for stealing/healing purposes.

Thoughts?

What are some other unusual parties to try?

Obviously Gogo, who can use Rage or Dance. If not that... Edgar as a Dragon Knight would be one of my recommendations (fun fact; Berserk characters will sometimes use Jump if it's available), since he has use of spears, which give a 2X damage multiplier bonus under Jump, I *believe* on top of the damage bonus Berserk supplies (don't quote me on that yet). Now add in Pearl Lance's ability to cast Pearl and Dragon Horn and you have a nice, vicious candidate for a berserk fourth character. However, the same can be said for Gogo and a Pearl Rod since it can be made to use Jump far more often than Edgar at the expense of the 2X multiplier for a 1.5X one and the inability to use Esper bonuses.

As far as Berserk-causing items, only the Cursed Shld, and there's no way to block Muddle without blocking Berserk Relic-wise so that's not an option.

Master ZED’s Jump idea is a good one. I’d also like to suggest turning someone into an Imp (with the Imp equipment). While not exactly Berserk, the Imp is very limited in what he can do (Fight, cast Imp, use Items).

You'll be missing the random Pearl in this scenario, but the Imp Halbard is a more powerful weapon then the Pearl Lance is. Also, you can alwasy cast Bserk over the Imp and make him dance for you. If you equip this guy with his proper equipment he'll be pretty much unstoppable.
