Ok. Here is Chapter 7. It's my favorite out of all of them so far. I hope you enjoy it as much as i do Also i renamed the Fiction

530- The following day.


Kefka had never wanted to look upon its sorry excuse for walls again. The sun was gleaming off the metal tips of the palisade wall surrounding the city. On the hill outside of the woods over looking the town, was Kefka and his “platoon”.
“You’re a fool.”
Kefka turned to see who had said it. He met a sea of blank faces.
“WHO THE HELL SAID THAT?”
Once again he met blank faces.
“ARGGGGG”
Kefka waved his hand at the soldier to the left of Biggs. The soldier burst into flames, and jumped out of his armor screaming. As he lay on the ground dying a slow death full of blisters and burning flesh, Kefka looked back up at the other soldiers.
“Burn the dump. Burn it to the fucking ground.” Kefka turned his back on the once again bewildered soldiers. “Save me the mansion, that’s all I ask.” A few more moments passed.
“What the hell are you waiting for? MOVE!”
The soldiers descended upon the town while Kefka just stood there in his armor at the top of the hill, a very unamused look on his face. He was thinking, so he didn’t notice when Wedge blew the shoddy wooden gate apart. He also missed when Biggs blasted the inn with a fire beam, incinerating a man named Philip Seals, who was just passing through on his way to Maranda to see his wife and kids. He also missed it when the soldier named William launched a Tek Missile into Weesha’s home.
“You’re a fool, Kefka”

“Who the Hell is that!” He screamed.

“You know who it is”

“Why must you torture me?” he said out loud again.

“This is wrong. Very wrong.”

“I can kill every last one of them, and I can kill you too.” It would have been a funny sight to anyone watching. Kefka standing in a suit of Magitek armor, talking to himself.

“That may be. Do you truly wish to? In the past you ignored me. However I was able to guide you enough to stop foolish destruction such as this. I can not stand against this new power within you though. You must choose Kefka. Your power, or any sanity and morality you have left.”

Kefka started laughing,

“ Heheheheh. GET THE HELL OUT OF MY HEAD!”

He jumped out of the armor and landed on his hands and knees. Water was falling from his eyes as he laughed maniacally.

“Leave... Just get out. LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE!”

Tears streamed down his face as he looked up from the wet dirt and saw his hometown burning.

“Aheeeeheeee, hahehaha!” Not even he could tell if he was laughing or crying. Kefka leaped to his feet. “GET OUT OF MY HEAD!”

Lightning streamed forth from him reaching into the sky, his eyes looked like they were on fire. All the soldiers who were currently taking their “war dues” from the local girls, stopped, and looked up at the spectacle of light and magic in the sky. It was truly magnificent.

Kefka was lying on the ground when Wedge came back up to report the mission’s success. A pool of tears was on the ground, and a grin was on his unconscious lips.

Mizdane Ruins 0810
The Same day.

The scorched grass was brittle, and broke with each step Kefka took towards his former home. The cold iron gates were barricaded with a large manner of things, from furniture to the stovepipe in the kitchen. As per Kefka’s request, the mansion remained totally unharmed. From the windows a multitude of cooks, maids, and other servants were visible in the windows, obviously confused as to why the Kefka would destroy his own town. As Kefka approached the gates the window of Kefka’s solar flew open. The head and torso of a confused, and obviously nervous, Federico Gaven flew out the window.
“*HACK HACK*, K-K-Kefka? What the *COUGH* hell is going on?”
Kefka looked up at the window, “Did I not say to stay the hell out of my solar?”
“That’s *HACK* besides the point? What’s going on? Who are these soldiers? Foremost though, WHY?” Federico was spewing words between coughs at a pace rivaling a migrating Dark Wind.
Kefka in the same monotone voice, and aggravated expression said, “I specifically recall asking you to stay out of my room.”

Gaven was beside himself, “What are you talking about? This is insane, *COUGH* what does that have to do with anything?”


A grin began to grow on Kefka’s lips. “Uweheheehe! Oh! I’m sorry? Did you say something? Because I’m afraid I really couldn’t care less!” Kefka tilted his head downwards toward the people in the lower story windows, “I have an idea, let’s play “How much magic can the Palazzo manor take before collapsing”. You two,” Kefka looked at Biggs and Wedge, “ Make sure they all stay inside, you see someone trying to escape, make sure they learn what fire feels like being forcibly shoved down their throat.”
Although they looked as though they were on the receiving end of their command , Biggs and Wedge both set their jaws and nodded.
Kefka looked back at Gaven, who was still shaking, and looking quite “grey”.
“Shall we begin?” Kefka’s eyes lit up with a haunting glow as he raised his arms to the sky.
“*HACK* what the hell are you doing?” Gaven looked like to jump out of skin.
“YOU WILL LEARN PAIN YOU SPINELESS FOOL!” Kefka shouted as a large ball fo fire flew from his hands, straight at Gaven’s head.
Gaven, seeing the large menacing ball of flame flying toward him, grabbed the nearest thing, which happened to be a silver tea tray, and put it in front of his face.
As the ball of fire hit the house it exploded, instantly causing the tray to melt onto Gaven’s face, creating a lasting mold of the horrified look on his face as he was incinerated.
Kefka launched wave after wave of fiery balls at the manor. As ordered, Biggs and Wedge incinerated servants as they attempted to escape the inferno.

When Kefka was sure that nobody was going to survive, he stopped his sorcerous assault, and watched as the place he once called home burned to the ground. By evening fall nothing remained but rubble.
As the last ray of sun disappeared over the horizon, Kefka turned his back on the ashes and decay he had so enjoyed creating, and said, “ Search the ruin, bring me anything important you find. I want you back at the town gates by 2100.” With that Kefka piloted his armor toward the town, it was time to check his handiwork. He knew for certain that there had to be some tavern wenches around, after all soldiers are only human. The had to be dealt with. The prospect of the fun he was about to have made Kefka grin.
Back at the manor grounds the troops were gossiping madly.
“This.. This is wrong.” Biggs said with a sigh.
“I have to agree, we joined the army to earn some prestige, not to kill innocents at the command of some all powerful clown!” the soldier Edd clenched his teeth as he overturned a charred board, “H-Hey! Look what I found!”
The three other men rushed to Edd, who was standing over the remains of a cellar of some sort. Inside Weesha lay dying in a bloody heap with a blanket held close to her.
“P-Please, take care of her.” those were Weesha’s words as she handed a crying child, wrapped in the blanket, over to a very surprised Wedge. With her last breath she whispered , “Celes”.
For Weesha Chere there was only darkness.

I wouldn't go quite so far ultimecia, but that was great. A great example of Kefka's insanity, and an also great Celes story.

Chapter 9 - Last one.

2030 The same day.

Kefka could only wonder when Gaven had sent the damn pigeon off, as he gazed into the cold, steel like eyes of Leo Cristophe. The bodies of ten soldiers lay strewn about the burning remains of the inn, and the light from the fire was reflecting off of Leo’s green armor.
“It’s over.” Leo was clearly upset over the whole matter. He met Kefka’s angry gaze, and put a hand on the hilt of his sword, which hung from his belt. The heat from the blaze was making him sweat. Kefka, however, seemed completely unscathed.
“Oh is it?” Kefka’s lips curled into an evil grin, “I suppose you’re going to try to stop me?”
“There is no “try”. I will stop you,” Leo took a step toward him, “ Give it up. We can do this my way, or the hard way.”
“Oh I do so enjoy a challenge!” Kefka did a spin, producing a sword from within his cloak. He returned his gaze to Leo’s. Leo pulled his own sword free of his belt.
Swift as wind Kefka had his sword up, and then moving in a downward stroke aimed at Leo’s head.
Just as quickly, Leo parried the blow. The ring of metal on metal echoed around them. Leo pushed Kefka’s sword away and swung around, it was a shot that had no chance of being blocked. Leo’s sword flew away from Kefka.
“What in the?” Leo was completely shocked.
The blade was red with heat. Kefka’s hand was pointed at the spot where the blade was a moment before.
“Uweheeee. You were a fool. This raw power could have been yours.” Kefka jumped back a few feet, to the edge of the ring of fire, and aimed the point of the blade at Leo. Leo reached into his cloak and produced, what appeared to be, a plain metal shield.
“Oh? What now? Does the little boy have a new toy?” Kefka tossed his head back, and laughed.
“I wonder how it would look melted to your hand?” Kefka waved his free hand at Leo, and a large bolt of lightning flew from it. Leo raised the shield to intercept the bolt. As the shield was hit with lightning it began to glow a shade of dark yellow. Leo silently thanked Cid Drack.
Kefka was beside himself with rage. He was jumping up and down and growling like a small child who had been denied chocolate.
“I WILL KILL YOU!” Kefka ran toward Leo, sword raised, and other hand firing blasts of magic.
The black dance had begun. Sword rang on sword. Magic flew everywhere. Leo dodged and intercepted spell after spell. It was a spectacular show. Parry, dodge, clash, breakaway. The dance moved on. Time after time again they clashed, each time Leo seemed to avoid the spell that came from Kefka’s free hand. The fire began to die, as the remains of the inn turned to smoke and ash. The bodies of the ten who had opposed him still lay at the far end of the ruin. Dawn was breaking. Another clash. Once again metal rang on metal. Leo leaped away as an icy blast flew at him, and hunched over, panting. Kefka looked like the same as he had when the fight had began. Grinning evilly, standing unscathed. Leo looked up at Kefka. Once again their eyes met. Leo, wether he got a second wind, or just summoned whatever he had left in him, rushed Kefka again. The black dance had begun again.
One rush, two rushes, three rushes. The dance moved on. Leo jumped back from Kefka again, and lifted his sword in the air. A ring of light surrounded the two opponents. Kefka wasn’t smiling anymore.
“What in the he.... ARGGGGG!” Kefka felt like he had just been on the receiving end of his own lightning attack. Kefka fell on one knee. His sword fell from his hand.
“Heh.. Aheh... I can’t believe a twerp like you could defeat me in all my power.” Kefka collapsed on his face.
“I had hoped it wouldn’t come to that..” Leo lowered his sword and walked over to the spot where Kefka Palazzo lay unconscious. Leo pulled a syringe from within his cloak and injected Kefka.
“That should keep you quiet until I can get you back to Vector.” Leo hoisted him over his shoulder, and began his long walk back to the capital.

TOP SECRET-
From the desk of Cid Drack- head of magitek research and development.

• Official report concerning the Experiment 19384 Code name KNIGHT, and the Mizdane incident.

The infusion of Kefka Palazzo was a complete success, as far as magic being transferred from an Esper to a Human goes. Something went wrong during the process however, Kefka became crazed with power. We aren’t sure what caused it yet but we hypothesize that we granted him with too much magic in one infusion. Post infusion Mr. Palazzo forced his way into the barracks, and under threat of death, had five soldiers steal the prototype MagiTek Armor, and proceeded to the town of Mizdane. The town was completely decimated. No survivors were found, save a child by the name of Celes Chere. This information comes from soldier 19213, Wedge Antilles. The following soldiers returned to Vector the day following the arrival of Gaven’s carrier pigeon:
• Wedge Antilles
• Biggs Darklighter
• Edd Dovin
• William Irvan
After interrogation it was determined that under the circumstances, they had no choice, and were granted full pardons.
Leo Cristophe was able to detain Kefka however, with the aid of experiment 4920- Codename AEGIS. For reference, the shield is a product of the adding the element from Project- RUBYRAY.
I can not say it was a success however, as a successful product would have reflected the power back on Kefka. Nonetheless, AEGIS still remains a useful tool.

OTHER-
At the request of Emperor Gesthal we tested an experimental solution on Kefka that would supposedly counteract the dementia brought on by the infusion. Kefka seemed to have regained his sanity, and despite my advisory, was readmitted into the imperial court. Gesthal reasoned that Kefka was an intelligent man, and his advice was desperately needed. Also at the command of Gesthal himself, Leo Cristophe has been promoted to general.
REGARDING CELES CHERE-
- The child has been infused with minor powers from project ICEQUEEN. We are going to try to raise her as a warrior, and teach her the use of logic and judgement with her abilities. How this will end only time will tell.
