hmm...

well Samurai do not get the !brawl ability, as that is the monk's ability.
the man-eater...well, CoN says he can equip it, but somewhere else says it's dancer only...the mistake I can see is that it isn't the best weapon for the samurai.
The diamond shield DOES exist (according to this site, anyway) and samurai can equip it, and while for a moment I was sure that samurai could double-grip which would be a better option, research says that's the knight so that's moot.
The dark hood doesn't exist as far as I know.
as for the armour: there are two 'diamond' armours, armour and plate, both of which he can equip, you haven't specified which one.

Is brawl the only ability the samuri knows, or does it know GP Toss as well. If it's the latter, then that part is correct. It won't matter much because he also has a weapon, but it works. The Man-Eater part should work as well, it's a knife, and almost everyone can use knives.

What I meant by "Ability" was the ability I setuped on him, not the pre-inserted abilities on the Samurai.

Quote
Is brawl the only ability the samuri knows

It's the ability I equiped on his second (single) ability slot before equipping his weapons and stuff.

Quote
or does it know GP Toss as well.

No, Ninjas do.. SARCASTIC!

Quote

Not all sites provide correct information, so that's harder for you unless you check the weapon in the game smile.gif

Quote

Don't listen to what sites provide. Check the game for yourself happy.gif

Quote

Again, check it in the game.

Quote
Thats are hard one cause you used a weird ability (i have anthology) but I think it means !Kick so I hope I'm right.
I used the fan-translated version of the SNES rom. Sorry, I got used to the ROM-Translation version from RPGe. Dark Hood is a helmet you buy at the Mirage Town. Of course, it's a different name in the Anthology. It's called Black Hood. happy.gif

Quote
Body - Diamond (I'm stuck - this must be in the game, wait - IT ISN'T)
Yes, it is in the game. (HINT: Moore/Mua city.)

Quote
Left Hand - Diamond Shield (this armor isn't in the game if I remeber rightly - but if if were to be Samurai wouldn't be able yet Knights would)

It does exist. It does. Buy it at Mua/Moore, darned you!!!11

Quote

Of course I have. Use common sense. If you're playing Anthology, you're lost smile.gif It's a "Diamond" you buy at Moore. Do you get what I meant?.. Just "Diamond" for the body?

That doesn't make sense. You can buy DiamondArmr at Moore, and you can buy DiamondPlate at Moore. You can't buy something called just Diamond. Thus, I guess it is a mistake.

Anyway, on the note about the ability, that means that brawl is acceptable technically, though it's weird as he's not bare-fisted as brawl requires.

Also, I must ask: at what part of the game are you in at this point for the purposes of this question?

Edit
ooh, just saw your comment on errors and troubleshooting. That means he can't equip the maneater. Yay.

Nevermind that. I meant Diamond Armor. Sorry again, I havent played Anthology for months.

What piano piece does Butz (Bartz) play a passage from in his seventh OR eighth 'piano session'?

There're two different answers; I'll give it to whoever gets either answer first (don't have to get both).

Well, not quite...give me the proper answer (things like spelling count), and I'll hand it to you.

Not to steal the answer or anything, but I think it's Arabesque.

But I thought it had an "s" on the end --> Arabesques

I dunno. I'm pretty sure that's how it was spelled in the song I played, but it was a clarinet solo piece with piano accompaniment. I dunno, just wanted to point out the s, but if I'm right, don't give it to me. It's just an s.

Well, since the forums are back (Yay! thumbup.gif ) we should get trivia rolling again. I'll start off with an easy one:

How many heads does a yellow dragon have?

I know it has a round number of heads. So either 2, 5, 6, or 9. 9 is too many and 2 is too few. 5 seems like the right choice, but I'm pretty sure it's not. I'm gonna go with 6 for this one.

Kimahri has the answer I was looking for. It is indeed 'Arabesque'.

Atma: Butz plays approximately the beginning of the first Arabesque out of a set of two; the set's name has the plural 's' but not the particular piece.

I have an answer for the current question but I won't give it, because I don't think I should be next.

You have to think about this one.

Which other classes are as strong as a monk when using bare hands (no weapon)?

Pretty much any class with the !Brawl ability equipped. If that's not the answer, then just master Monk and use Mimic or Bare to deal the same damage. I tried =P

Using the command !Call or !Summon, and by using the item Magic Lamp. I think that's it...there aren't any weapons are armor that randomly cast a summon as far as I know.

Last guess. This one is right.

Your question asked about CREATURES or summons, and I listed only summons. Therefore, the Archer's !Animals command will count as an answer. And !Mime should count as one, too, although it can't cast one ex nihilo.

So final answer: !Call, !Summon, !Animals, Magic Lamp.
