Isn't it Shell, or Armor, or what ever it is called in this one. The name slips me (called in to work overnight, running on to little of sleep right now,). The magic damage reducer spell... Yea.....

It's not that either. Just so you know, Byblos casts Armour as a counter to physical attacks. Keep trying!

Fire2? I always remember him using fire attacks. Could be blaze or something like that though.

Windslash, perhaps? I definitely remember him using it, but perhaps not as a magic counter. eh.gif

Edit
No, wait, he has Magic Hammer, doesn't he? That'd make more sense, and 'Magic Hammer counter' rings a distant bell. Yeah, I'm guessing Magic Hammer, which, I believe, halves MP and is learnable as a Blue Magic.

Right. The strongest bell in the game is not the legendary Earth Bell, nor is it the Rune Chime (although you could easily defend how it's the most useful one). The strongest bell in the game is the Tinkerbell. Where can I find one? Give me the exact location and conditions that need to be met.

If I remember correctly, Twin Tania drops it.

However, defeating Twin Tania isn't enough, since there are two of them, right? I think you have to kill the one that doesn't use Gigaflare. So you get it on top of the N-Zone Castle, by killing Twin Tania before Gigaflare is used.

That's it. I'd like to add that Twin Tania will revert to its normal form after Giga Flare, so the only thing you have to do is NOT kill him while charging for Giga Flare.

Take 'im away, Caesar!

Yay!

Alright, so let's see what I can get into here...

How about this: Which spell can be acquired from the most places in the game? Name each of the places.

It's been more than two days so...

An easy one. What type of weapon can be equiped by the most jobs, and which jobs cannot equip it?

Thanks for that, FootBigMike!

Here's an interesting one:

At the second world, when you enter a forest, you see a moogle in front of a tree. When he freaks out and runs away to a hole, how many steps does he take to get to that hole from the tree? HINT:

Nope, you got it wrong. It's less than that..

Try to retrace the moogle's steps and add up the spaces that he moved on that you can't pass through. That's how you figure out the amount. Good luck next time.

I'll venture a complete guess (I don't even remember the scene) and I'll say 42.

Is it 12? I don't even know which scene you're talking about.

I think Neo is talking about the scene after you save the moogle from that dinosaur thingy in that one underground cave with the river that you jump into. The name evades my mind right now since I blow past it usually. Anyways, after you save him he appears on the world map, does a little jig, and then takes a roundabout path into the moogle forest.

I believe Neo wants to know how many steps it takes to follow his path exactly. Of course, he could be talking about the scene directly before that where you follow the moogle down a hole, but then his clue makes no sense at all. And it can't be asking about when you're already IN the moogle forest, because there's no hole there.

Yay for ambiguities! thumbup.gif

I'm actually talking about how many steps did that MOOGLE take before he falls in a trap hole to the cavern. Not in Moogle Forest, God, no..

Now did that make more sense? It's the part where the moogle is afraid of you and then Galuf introduces the moogles to the three.

I'm guessing he's talking about the part where you get stopped in the forest, and you see the moogle, who gets scared, and tries to book it, before falling into the hole. From memory, I think it was 5, but it is a small number, no more then 7 or 8.
