I've only used it like three times, all of them to play SC with some friends from CoNChat. I'm indifferent towards it, because I don't care to use it for anything else.

I like it alot. It's a superior internet gaming thing. Really cool, and useful.

I love it because
1) Its Free
2) It works 90% of the time (unlike most free gaming servers)
3)It prevents cheating fairly well (on current games, Diablo 1 is virtually unplayable though)
4) It hosts WC2 and D2, which are two of my favorite games

I like blizzard, because its a free online net server that hosts all of my favorite online games made by blizzard, like star and warcraft, which are awesome thumbup.gif

I love Battle.net as a whole, and the idea behind it. It's free, and you get to play with people you normally would not ever come in contact with for fun and entertainment. I like the fact that for all my years of enjoyment on battle.net dating back to its first day, the only money I had to pay was for the games themselves. The service is adequate, and I was pleased with a free 1.10 patch for Diablo 2 which really changed the game.

The only thing I find bad about Battle.net however is the people that play on it. While there are some great people online, and good ways to meet them, most of battle.net is filled with ignorant people who are very narrow-minded. Probably much of this is attributed to the average age of the battle.net player (Which I'd speculate is around 13), because they act so immature most of the time.

*coughs*

Battle.net is okay for me. Sometimes they lag pretty bad, such as when I'm playing Diablo II and lose experience/items/money because of it. And I didn't like it when WoW was being downloaded and caused Battle.net to slow to a crawl.

I used to go on it, but not anymore because I've gotten tired of Blizzard. Good thing, it's still free to everyone.

i love battleNET, the occasional lag is forgivable due to the fact that it's FREE, and that it offers multiplayer for some of the greatest games made for pc (wc3, SC, Diablo2), it's easy to use, and now in Wc3 ther's clan support, it's so easy!, oh and if anyone at CoN wants to play me at wc3 my name is EvolutionTheory (SC= same, and i never play diablo2 anymore)

Battlenet is great. I love the services it provides, and the price. I met a lot of people I know online now through battlenet, and it's all free.

ehhh...I don't really care for it that much...it just never was that great of a server...it was always giving me problems with instalation and it ran really slow alot with me for some reason... don't get me wrong, I love Blizzard games but Battlenet was all that great IMO.

Let me comment that the War3 matchmaking system is HORRIBLE now. I mean, before it was nice that you were always within 6 levels of each other and the experience gained and lost worked out fairly well. NOW, you have guys that are level 3 playing against level 23 players.

Blizzard: WTF!?!

I played on battle.net a few times, until I found out how horrible I turned out to be at RTS games. It was pretty funny whenever I played getting the crap beaten out of me. I enjoyed more of the theme maps more. I eventually tired of it and stopped going.
