Meh. Three years looks like a good time for an update.

I've decided to go the route of playing one game at a time since I don't have as much time for video games lately. I just took a break from FFVA before taking on the bonus dungeon to play X-Men Legends II. Next I'll be moving on to FFVIA.

Look for my next post in this thread on June 9, 2010.

Weird, I get an odd urge to post on here, and someone else is playing X-Men Legends 2. I'm going with the Brotherhood of Evil group, this time, since I've never used any of them. So far, they're all okay, but seem to be overshadowed by the good side's people.

Other than that, I've put in about 160 hours in Lord of the Rings Online since open beta started, and that doesn't look to be slowing down at all. Hit the level where I got myself my very own mount, and can now have peace of mind enough to sit back and be even more social. Also, regular characters are starting to get up to the level where they go participate in Monster Play, so I've been breaking out an Uruk-Hai Blackarrow (archer, basically), and raiding fortresses in my free time.

And, to round out the unholy trinity, I downloaded Pokemon LeafGreen, and put it on my DS's flash cart. Never tried a Pokemon before, and figured I'd start with a slightly upgraded version of the original that works in my flash cart. So far, mixed feelings here. We'll see in the coming weeks. unsure.gif

Well, finished writing for Chrono Cross, so now I've got some time to play Vandal Hearts, which I just bought recently. GFX are a little grainy but the gameplay's fun.

I'm playing FE4 and DQ 1 for the SNES at the moment. I'm also doing M&L: Superstar Saga and Pokemon Emerald. And I might get around to finally beating FF:MQ.

Lately I've been playing a bit of FFX here, a little bit of Pokemon Crystal there, and some Pokemon Diamond. I just bought DQ VIII dirt cheap and I should probably get started on it sometime. The guy in the electronics department told me it was really fun.

Thought I should revive this thread up. Right now, I'm gathering all my SNES and PS games for me to take with me and play over at my friends' this summer. I'm also going to play Guitar Hero II the whole vacation with him too (we promised to do that anyway).

For now, I've returned to my FF4 Advance Solo Cecil Challenge, at level 69 in the Babil Giant, training to get my strengths up (I already got Excalibur), right before fighting the four elemental lords in order. I can't get past Rubicant at the moment.

I'm also playing FF5 Advance during class breaks to finish up my speed challenge (lowest was 14h, because I use alot of jobs), right now getting all the 12 Sealed Weapons into my inventory.

Yeah, have all of ya'll given up games all together? ohmy.gif

Well, I know I haven't. I just recently, a couple of weeks ago, managed to get FFIII for the DS. I've played it on the NES, but I like how they gave them a background and a personality. I'm also anticipating the release of FFIV for the DS, now that game with be awesome. That's all from me right now, pretty much took care of all the other games I was playing when I posted last time. cool.gif

I recently finally got to finish the first Star Ocean.

I'm also working on finishing a playthrough of Tales of Symphonia. I also need to complete Pokemon Pearl, since I just sorta dropped it after the fifth badge. I bought Pokemon Leaf Green to go with it, so that should also be fun.

I rented Dirge of Cerberus for the second week in a row. I've just set foot into Deepground and all its freakiness. Its actually quite fun and I take back all the mean things I've said about FFVII sequals. The only thing that would make it better is if there was less Vincent and more Cloud....

Dragon Ball Z BT 3 (PS2) (Beaten story mode; just working on other stuff off and on now)
WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 07 (PS2) (Just for fun here and there. lol)

King Eddy,

wow, two weeks to beat DoC, that's a lot, it only took me two nights and that is it, I have to say I didn't get a lot o things, so I probably will buy it pretty soon just to beat it completely.

Anyway, I'm currently playing ROGUE GALAXY

20 minutes and 20 Life Bottles later, Abyssion was put into the ground. Now it's time to play SO3 again! And FFIV! Gotta celebrate all these remakes and all. I also want to try out this Pokemon Fire Red hack called 'Pokemon Shiny Gold', since the second generation is my favorite, and I've been in a Pokemon mood.

Completed Tales of Symphonia (GC version) at around 45 hours of total play time just yesterday. I was really surprised that it took me around 41 hours to finish the first disk... then when the second disk only took four, I was disappointed (wanted more to do!). It was a awesome game though! Currently looking into stepping up and getting another playstation 2.. there's alot of RPGs there I want to try out (including the other "tales" game).

In the mean time, just getting some playtime with random online FPSs like GunZ and Warrock. Might play through again to view the different endings... I'm especially interested in seeing Kartos's ending. I've only seen the one focused around Colette.

I've been enjoying my DS, intermittently(sp?) playing Pokemon Diamond still. Beat the Elite Four, caught all my legendaries, and transferred my Mewtwo from my LeafGreen, so now I'm just looking for a good challenge.

I bought Big Brain Academy. So far I've gotten a B-. Guess I still have some brain exercising to do.

I bought Polarium and beat it. AWESOME if you like puzzle games. there are some pretty good demos of it on the nintendo site.

I also bought the Nintendo DS browser. Full of glitches and slow processing speeds, I do enjoy it. It's very convenient for checking CoN as well!

HOWEVER, I got a little ways into a Tales of Phantasia ROM (SNES) before real life took over and plan on continuing it ASAP. xD

I've also got a Pokemon Leaf Green file on the go with a team of Flareon, Marowak, Kadabra, Horsea, Persian and Wartortle. heart.gif

Hmm, I haven't had any new games lately, though I am trying to get hold of Suikoden 5 which I should've looked for aaages ago.
In the meantime, I'm just re-playing through a few of my favourites. Recently finished with FF4, Seiken Densetsu 2 and 3, and now I'm halfway through FF6. I've also started Breath of Fire 2 which I never got to finish in the past.

Okay, I've had like five million posts about me playing FFX, but now I'm finally at the end. It's not that I'm really slow, it's just that I've been playing other games and not really bothering with it. I was also trying to get the Sun Sigil, which actually didn't take as much time as I thought it would. It took me maybe 2-3 hours. Getting the money for Yojimbo was pretty time consuming too.

I was just wondering, is

Pokemon Battle Revolution <- I started a topic even!

I'm still in-and-out playing Guitar Hero 2, but now mostly for cash. I found a tournament in town, and the last time I went, I took 2nd place and walked out of there $20 richer. That, and I'm entered into a tournament later in July to win a $450 gift cert to a guitar store in town. So I gotsta keep nimble on that. thumbup.gif

I'm also still off-and-on playing FFXII. I'm hunting still, so no real game progress, but my characters are unknowingly powerleveling.

But mostly Pokemon, I'll grow up some other day tongue.gif
