Does anyone remember me saying that my ex-girlfriend was wanting to get married to some guy a little while ago? Well, now she is engaged and the wedding is this June. I just thought I'd share the craziness with everyone. The two of them have been dating for two and half months and she's 20 while he's 23. She called me last night to inform me of the news. Frankly, I didn't care too much, but I pretend to sound excited. Anyway, I can't go to the wedding because it's one of those Mormon only affairs... Her own parents can't even go because they aren't part of the church. Ok, the news flash is over.

Well I agree with you that is just craziness. Doesn't your ex have to be baptized first. Because I have a friend that a Mormon and she said once you get baptized you can't enter the Temple for a year?

She was baptized about two years ago.
