If I remember correctly, you just have to get your timing down and wait for the wind to stop blowing and make a break for it for the next tree.

You are talking about the part when u run from one end of the cliff to the other right? near teh poyozo doll?
I think i got stuck here before i did too, so a few things to remember are..

Dont go near the bottom,
Dont go to near to the top, (You may fall i forgot)
Walk, if you can, otherwise make a straight of a path as possible.
Using these tips i didnt have that hard of a time, if this isn't the place u mean then specify a lil more and ill help u with what i know.
