I didn't hate the ending, but it certaintly confused me. It definitly strays from the typical "happily ever after" ending scenario...

I agree. No happily ever after there. Perhaps "hate" was the wrong word to use. I don't dislike the ending, such as it is, but it does tick me off a li'l, which I assume was the desired reaction the filmmakers were going for.

In no particular order for no real reason...

Kill Bill (1 & 2) (the top two deaths of all time!)
Princess Bride
Dogma
Office Space
The Matrix (1st one, not 2nd or 3rd. Great ideas, poorly written, but Agent Smith is awesome.)
Anything with Chris Farely, I mean anything and everything. (May he rest in peace)
Akira
Blues Brothers
Field of Dreams (not sure why, I hate baseball and Kevin Costner)
Saving Private Ryan
The orginal three Star Wars (Vader and Obi wan are so awesome!)
Patton
Almost anything with Mel Brooks
Death to Smoochy (Jon Stewart is freaking awesome.)
Mr. Smith goes to Washington (Freaking inspirational)
Dead Poets society (I can run off the script almost any time I want)
Vertigo
Oh My Goddess movie (not usually my thing, but nothing else was on...wasn't too bad actually. Sappy near the end, but a nice ride for the most part.)

...probably some more, but I forget.
