I was reading around and it seemed as though there was a whole lot of onfusion as to the siegfried subplot. What is it? I know there was siegfried. And his impersonator. Where does ultros tie in? And can anyone remember what item you put up to have siegfried fight you in the colloseum?i reemebr him fighting me i cant remember what i put up.

It was a megalixer. Its a completly waste of item. He also fights you in the ghost train after he retrieves and item in the chest. He has a weak attack, but I think he had an offring equiped. I tried alot of things with Ziegfried, but never figured anything out.

Seigfried and Ultros obviously tie in somewhere we just never get to know where. Ultros- Seigfried will be so jelous" But then again ultros just dissappears after the airship fight. So what IS the deal with Seigfried? You see him on you way to Figaro in WoR and again in the colloseum but he doesnt DO much of anything.

The guy on the ghost train is the impersonator, not the real Siegfried. Also enemies can't equip anything. The reason he attacks multiple times is because that's what the battle script instructs. Another confusing thing about Siegfried is the different spellings. Within the game it's spelled 3 different ways: Siegfried Sigfried Ziegfried Ultimately the game tells us little about the character so we can only speculate as to who he really is and what his ties are with other characters. -------------------- FFXI (Siren server) Tauu the Windurstian Tarutaru!
