Ok, even if I prefer piano lesson 7, that stays a simple opinion...but I wonder if, like for the Mozart's Alla Turka, the 8 also comes from somewhere or if it were only created by Uematsu (Oh ok I'm not seriously hoping for anyone to respond giving me the right answer but anyway, I was just wondering)

Piano Lesson 8 is actually the beginning of Debussy's Arabesque #1.
