"Rena!Where'd you go!?"

A young woman raced across the slums of Dorter with a dusty foreign book in her hands.She had been chased by Ramza and Alma Beoulve for quite a long time."Yer' supposd to CATCH me not chase after me like a chocobo with its head cut off!"she yelled back at the speedy Ramza.

"Gotcha!"

Ramza had found her hiding in the brushes next to a red faced old man who was gardening and didn't see Rena coming.

"MEEEP!"she squealed and was caught by the exhausted young man.
Rena stumbled to the floor after being hit wit a broom by the angry elder and jumped up only to be face to face with a pale Ramza,staring at the man with the broom.
"Now look what you did to my rose bush!"the old man yelled as Rena dodged another swat of the broom.

"Run!"

Ramza grabbed Rena by the arm and ran the other way,being splashed by mud puddles along the way.Rena turned her head to see if the senior citizen had followed them,but figured out that he had just stood there mumbling some curses at the torn bush.

"Ya know you shouldn't hide in other peoples property,Rena."Ramza said,turning his back while waiting for Rena to be done with her bath.
"Well,when I say I wanna read that journal,I mean it,"Rena whimpered.She was finished already and was brushing her hair."You can look now,Ram."

She had on a blue wizard robe that she always loved to wear and some fluffy aqua colored slippers on her feet.Her hair went down to the middle of her back,as Ramza's used to be when he was younger.
Ramza,on the other hand,had his old blue tunic on and black denim jeans.his hair was a bit longer than last time and he let it down instead of putting it in a ponytail.

Rena blushed and mumbled,"Your hair's pretty,Ramzey."she then got up,with having little acomplishment of having her hair brushed,and sat next to Ramza on a tree stump.She then put her arm around him and smiled.

"Ramza,what's wrong?"she asked him.Ramza had this sad look on his face all day and never seemed to wanna say anything about it.
"Hmm?"he thought for a moment and replied,"I was thinking about the Zodiac Braves and the journey I had trying to make things right."

"What's wrong with dat'?"
"Oh,nothing.Just...Teta..."and he paused.A single tear fell down his face when he closed his eyes.

"...Oh,yeah."Rena went pale.

The truth was,before she met Ramza,she had been in a more modern place where they had technology as they do now.She had visited the grave that was meant for Alma and saw a green stone there.
She had picked it up and found a little Capricorn symbol in the middle and felt a great pain in her side.She fell and saw a lady in a red devil-looking suit with short silver hair and black bat wings sneering at her with a bloody dagger in her hand.

"What's...happening?"she could barely talk.Her side was soaked with blood and she felt dizzy. -Who is this woman?And why is she trying to kill me?- Rena thought as she slowly stood up and grabbed her spear from its holdster.

The strange woman prepared to attack but was shot in the back by a mysterious silver arrow.She turned around and hissed as she saw an angelic girl with a silver bow in her hand.She had long brown hair and the most darkest green eyes.She wore a gold robe and silver wings on her back.

"Teta,you've no need to spoil my plans!"she yelled as she darted towards "Teta."
The angel then flew the other way and shot the devil lady again.

"Leave this girl alone,Ajora!"Teta firmly said.Ajora just backed off and smirked.
"Why should I?She's your reincarnation,not mine!"

Ajora fell to the ground with another shot in her shoulder."Exactly,and you're not going to hurt even the slightest mark on Rena!"Teta interupted.

...-Teta?Mee?Ajora?-Rena was confused.Then she closed her eyes,hoping that it was all just a dream.


"What happened?"

She was wearing a copy of Ramza's old tunic and black pants and boots.The tombstone was gone and she found herself at a forest.It reeked the smell of Goblin blood,far too close to be a mere hunt.She stood up,finding herself as healthy as before without a single scratch on her side."This is wierd..."she murmured."I've never seen this place before.Could it be Sweegy Woods?No,it's too green.Not like it's supposed to."

She then heard a footstep crackling a leaf.She jumped and drawn out her spear.

"Who's there!?"she shouted.
She then saw a blonde young man wearing a turtlenecked tunic and navy pants.His eyes,she couldn't tell,but looked a bit of a beautiful blue.He turned pale when she saw him and he ran off."Heeeey,you come back here!"she yelled and ran towards him.

She was too quick for him.

She then yelped and jumped on him,punding him to the ground."Hey,stop it!"he yelled.She stayed there staring at him and asked."Where am I,dude?And who are you?"
That scared the man a lot.He thought she was some ALIEN or something if she didn't know that it was Sweegy Woods.She then got off of him and appologized."Sorry,but I'm lost."the man stood up and took her arm."Please don't do that again."he calmly whispered so no one but the two could hear.
"Alright."Rena smiled and walked with him to...wherever he was going.

"I'm Rena."she mewed.The man stopped to see her smiling at him with a very kind face."I'm uh...Ramza.Ramza Ruglia."he hid the "Beoulve"from her just in case.

"Ramza?RAAAMZEEEYY!"Ramza was staring out in space again.
"HUH?"

Okay,so you ready to go to bed?"she meowed and walked towards her room."Night night,Ramzey."she called and dissapeared to her room.
"Good night."he murmured and went the other way to his own room.

I'll give ya the same heads-up R gave me on mine and ZH's, though: words like "dude" don't really fit the vocabulary of that time. :-/ That's my only real big nit, though, so aside from some grammar and spelling issues, s'all gravy.
