I play FFIII exclusively on the SNES.
However, I do know that the playstation version included some extra features, such as movies. Is there anyway I can watch these movies without actually having to play that version? |

Try WinMX or Kazaa or something. You'll probably be able to download a free movie that someone has extracted from the game
If not that, then there are numerous sites over the internet that will give you a sequence of clips depicting the movie. -------------------- "Luck is my middle name. There is less then 5 minutes of cinematic. You're not missing much. But I can understand you wanted to watch them. Try downloading them. I could imagine it being hard to find though.

If you have the actual PlayStation CD, you can use PsxMC to view/extract the files yourself. Perhaps you could borrow it from a friend. It's more reliable than downloading, but you should be able to find them online somewhere.

Not really, unless you really want someone other than Terra, Locke, Edgar, and Celes wielding the Atma Weapon and Gau to be incapable of equipping Merit Award. That's the only significant difference I can think of between FF3us and FF6j as far as regular game content.

Man, that sounds kinda sucky. Gau is beef with the merit award. As for the Atma Weapon, I usually give it to Locke or Edgar anyway...
So the Evade% is messed in both versions? That's dissapointing. One of the huge benefits of Locke and Shadow is their natural evade. That's a bad bug that detracts from the game. To me, anyway. Makes Magic Block way too powerful. I mean it's pretty much better to equip a hat with 10 magic block and way less defense than a gengi helmet, for example. |

The FMV's are actually rather poor, yes. and they arent even in the main game itself. To see most, you need to compelte the game. The only thing your missing are the whirr of the CD drive and the aforementioned differences. That i didn't know about, so didnt affect it too much baltantly.
