Figaro. Here's my own esper:

NAME:MasterPug
HOWTOGET:Fight the blue pug in the underwater castle and use Ragnorak on it.
There is a 99% to get another item and a .01% to get the esper.
LEARNEDMOVES:Flare-10%Pearl-10%-Ultima-5%
STACTISTICS:Speed+50% HP-10% MP+50%
ATTACK:Karma-PearlsEveryone-9999damage

Name: Loki
Description: A tall, green and muscly man with long claws.
How to Get: You have to have Locke in your party.Return to Narshe Caves where you found Tritoch, and a hole will appear - leading to a small underwater tarn. Loki the Esper is here, sealed deep within the ground by the other Espers because of his treachery. Locke tells him about what has happened to all the other Espers, and he hands you his Essence to help defeat Kefka.
Spells: Osmose 2, Rasp 2, Bio 3
Move When Summoned: Mischief's Fury - non-elemental damage, plus poisons some targets.
Special: Max MP +20 when level up.

Hmm i like the idea of the Giant Cactuar or cactrot for you english version players.
how to get- Kill 200 Cactuars outside of Miranda. Then it will apear. Kill it. it is weak but has immunity to everything but wind.
Attack-Duh 10000 needles. it does half the strongest enemies health damage to all the enemies on screen.
Learned- Vanish at 10%
Ultima-1%
Fire3/Ice3/Bolt3- 3%
Pearl-2%
At level up- Health/Mp up by 10%
And uhhh iggy i believe a hole already did apear its called the place you get Umaro
