Heh, I don't know the rarity of these characters but so far I've found two, and if you've never seen them before don't pass me off as a nutjob because they do exist, the only reason I don't have proof is because I'm awaiting the flash card drive. But anyways the characters I've seen so far, are onion kid, and some mysterious character that vaguely resembles locke, the character that resembles locke has a sword with him. I managed to get a picture of his sleeping animation and his standing animation where he taps his sword on his back, as well as his pacing animation. If anyone else has pcitures to contribute please do. But let them really be from the game, I just thought it was kind of cool that square put these characters in the game.

Edit: Apparently thats Squall, I thought it was just some generic character >_>

I guess you're talking about the guys who wander up and down on the save screen occasionally, right? They're not in the game itself, just cute little references to other games.
