Hmm did Anyone else notice a simularity Between The Chrono Trigger Character Norstein Bekklers Laugh, And Kefkas? Hmmm could be wrong

They're both weirdos, and (if you think Kefka is in any way similar to a clown) they're both thought to be entertainment, but I don't think there's much else in common. Bekkler isn't evil; he's merely a weirdo.
