This is probably really simple, but I don't use walkthroughs that much and I've never used the Offering, or had it. (Except for with Leo). I checked the CoN Walkthrough, and it never says where you get it, and neither does the Relics page...

It's in the Ancient Castle, to the left of the entrance. You fight KatanaSoul to win it. I don't know why it's not in there, sorry.

Why aren't you shopping AmaCoN?

You're better off without it in my opinion. Well if you really wanna know, in the WoR you have to travel underground in Figaro castle. You'll run into something halfway through. Go into the jail room and head up the passage to the right. Navigate through the cave and you'll find the Offering at the end, but you have to look for it. If you're still having trouble, let us know.

You can get the offering by saying no to bannon when your in the reterners hideout. go to the treasure room and talk to the guy. hell give you an offering. ...wait. was that the genji glove? if it doesnt work, say yeas to banon and hell give you an offering.. i tihnk

Actually, if you want to see the meeting but want the Genji Glove, say no once then talk to the Returner in the treasure room to get the glove. Banon won't give you the Gauntlet but you can still see the meeting.
